What Is Included?
The price of your trip will include round-trip airfare from Copenhagen, Denmark (CPH) to Vagar, Faroe Islands and all transportation, tolls, and ferries in the Faroes. Also included is a private room in a hotel in the heart of Torshavn as well as breakfast and dinner for each day of the tour. Your fee covers admissions to museums, concerts, festivals, and other special events we'll take in on the tour. Tour arrangements include compensation for all Faroese locals contributing to our itinerary, so no tipping is necessary or expected for local guides, musicians, dinner guests, etc.
What Is Not Included?
You are responsible for all travel to and from the departure city of Copenhagen. It will be your responsibility to get to the departure airport in time to meet your group at our departure gate on July 3rd. You will be given departure times well in advance so you can make these arrangements. Keep in mind you will have to collect your bags and recheck them in Copehnagen.
You will also be responsible for lunches, snacks, and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
A Note on Accessibility
To enjoy and fully participate in this tour, you should be able to easily walk, climb stairs and hike without assistance. While some facilities in the Faroe Islands are readily accessible to individuals with physical disabilities, many of the remote and historical sites we plan to visit are not. Cost and Due Dates
A limited number of spaces are available for this tour, and we offer them on a first-come, first-served basis. People who sign up before March 1st will have the option of splitting up the cost into five payments (including deposit):
Early bird signup: Put in your deposit by January 15, 2018, and you can save $500 ($1000 per couple). Discount will be taken on the March payment if you chose to pay in installments.

Add-On: G! Festival
Price includes transportation to the festival, three-day festival admission, lodging for the duration of the festival at a private home near the venue, and transportation to the airport.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payments can be made via check, money order, or via credit card in our online store. Those wishing to pay via check or money order should send a message to email@example.com for the mailing address and additional info.
REFUND POLICY: BY REGISTERING FOR THIS TOUR, YOU ARE COMMITTING TO TRAVEL WITH US. ONCE THE TOUR REACHES THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF TRAVELERS (5), DEPOSITS BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR PARTICIPATION AFTER THAT POINT, ALL FEES PAID UNTIL THEN WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE WILL TRY TO FIND REPLACEMENTS, AND IF SUCCESSFUL, IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO REFUND SOME PORTION OF YOUR FEES. HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. IF THE TOUR DOES NOT REACH THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF TRAVELERS BY APRIL 4, 2016, THE SUMMER 2016 TOUR WILL BE CANCELLED AND ALL FEES WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL.
